Merrifield's prototype ranch plan.  Configured in either a 2,000 or 2,400 sq. ft. model with multiple 3-car (front- and side-load) variants.  This is popular model with a very flexible floorplan.

This 3,000 sq. ft. colonial model has 4 bedrooms on the second level with a large open concept on the first level.  House has a separate office and morning room.  Side-load variant available with 3 garage doors.

The Kelsey is a flexible colonial-style model with 4 bedrooms on the second level that include either 2 or 3 bedrooms.  Downstairs is an open floor plan with optional lockers, optional office spaces (plus a half bath).

This ranch model is for those that like the ranch concept, but need a separate office space (or 4th bedroom).  The home, as standard, is a 3BR, 2BA house with large covered porch.

For those looking for a first-floor master and guest bedrooms upstairs, this is the most flexible option.  The Woodley is 2,800 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and has the option for a side-load or 3-car side-load. 

The largest plan Merrifield offers with the master on the first level, the Highland is approximately 3,000 sq. ft. and features a two-story living area and a separate office.  Available as a front or side-load.
